About Habanto
What is Habanto?
Habanto is the end-to-end platform for UAE property. It joins up renting, buying, and owning in one platform, and nothing goes live until it has been checked.
When does Habanto launch?
We are opening access in waves across the emirates. Write to us at info@habanto.com and we will invite you personally when it is your turn.
Which emirates does Habanto cover?
All seven, from day one. Listings, buildings, and professionals across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Is Habanto an agency?
No. Habanto is a platform. Licensed agents, agencies, and professionals do what they do best, and Habanto provides the place they and their clients search, enquire and keep a record.
Trust and verification
How are people verified?
By a person at Habanto reading the documents you upload. Individuals can submit an Emirates ID, owners a title deed or Ejari, and businesses their trade licence and registration number. It means we checked documentary evidence on the day we read it. We do not query government registers.
Does Habanto handle my money?
No. Habanto does not hold deposits, collect rent, or release payments. You pay the other side directly, outside Habanto. The only money we charge is a professional’s own listing subscription.
What happens to my deposit?
It goes to the property owner or agent, exactly as it does today. Habanto is not part of that payment and never receives it. What you agreed can be kept on the record here.
How does Habanto handle my data?
In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. We collect what we need to run the service, we do not sell your data, and you can ask for access, correction, or deletion at any time.
Using Habanto
What does it cost?
Browsing, searching and enquiring are free. Beta access is free, with no card required. One shared three-month free period starts at public launch; later listings do not start a new free period. After it ends, listing placement is AED 49 per month per publishing account and listing. Developers pay AED 999 per month per development for unlimited unit listings within that development.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Listings, buildings, and directories are open. You need an account only when you act: saving a property, making an offer, booking a viewing, or listing a property.
Can I use Habanto in Arabic?
English is the public launch language. The Arabic version awaits language review before its public release.
